ICS offers a variety of Caregiving Services that help registered ICS recipients who are frail, ill or disabled live independently in their own homes, without the need for institutional care.

ICS Mobile Meals volunteers deliver fresh nutritious meals each weekday to elderly, disabled or convalescing adults who are unable to cook for themselves.

ICS is here to help you in whatever way we can. Here are some things we might be able to help you with; rent/mortgage (past due), utilities, assistance replacing an ID, assistance replacing birth certificate, assistance issuing a gas card, referral for eye glasses.

The ICS Food Banks have two permanent locations with regular hours on the Northwest side and East side as well as a mobile food pantry.

The Commodity Senior Food Program (CSFP) is for low-income seniors over the age of 60. The program is a once-monthly visit that provides a variety of foods such as cereal, peanut butter, canned fruits and vegetables, and more. CSFP participants may also pick up a TEFAP food box for their household. Participation in the CSFP program is limited, and new applicants may be put on a waitlist. Community Meals are for any community member who needs a prepared meal. Meals include an entrée, side, and snacks and drinks as available. All meals are prepared by staff and volunteers at our Caridad Community Kitchen. Meals are available to anyone who needs them, and do not require program registration, an ID, or any other documentation. All are welcome. Dine-In or Grab & Go Meals are available at least once a day through distribution with our partners or at our Caridad Community Kitchen.
