Leadership Series I, II & III
Course Information
Leadership I consists of practical training for fire service leadership and supervision. This course also includes decision-making, problem solving, and running a meeting.
Leadership II consists of a continuation of Leadership I and includes practical training for fire service leadership and supervision, as well as managing multiple roles, creativity, power and ethics.
Leadership III consists of a continuation of Leadership II. This course includes practical training for fire service leadership and supervision, as well as learning situational leadership, delegation, coaching and discipline.
These courses meet National Fire Academy (NFA) requirements for Leadership I, II and III.
STATE CERTIFICATE:
Register with ERMA at www.erma.az.gov and bring your EIN # with you to class. Per State policy guidelines, you will be required to pay a $25 fee for your state certificate per course.
Please make payment payable to: Arizona Center for Fire Service Excellence in the form of Departmental Check, Cashier’s Check or Money Order only. No cash or personal checks will be accepted. This will be collected on the first day of the course.

Cost
- $75.50 per course not including fees.
- Each course is a one credit course.
